Please do take a moment to understand how our products are made before returning them. All our products are handcrafted/handwoven by traditional artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect which are signatures of Handloom.
In spite of these factors, at Hashtag Azhagi we stand behind customer satisfaction and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- To return/refund an item, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, please call our concierge on +91 9487250925 within 48hrs of your order reaching you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Customised clothing cannot be returned or exchanged.
- #azhagi will exchange the returned items at additional shipping cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the account number provided by the customer
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address
- The products must be sent to our location in Bangalore, India. The address of which shall be communicated over mail
How can you claim refunds?
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where #azhagi has erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / size.
Refunds will only be done in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues.
- In case we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products, there will always be some variation between products.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment
